This knot is actually a five strand turkshead
but the weave traveles over two and under two. (All the rest of the
turkheads shown on these pages are woven over and under.) This over
two and under two makes for a smoother flow to the design.

| The Latest! When teaching myself to tie Seven Strand Turksheads, I discovered that there were THREE ways to tie a Five Strand Turkshead. Up until now, I've only been weaving two types, the regular Five Strand Short Weave and the Five Strand Long Weave. Here is my first knot of the third type: | 28
